Charlesworth Lodges (Day 1)
In April, Adam and I took a week long hot tub trip to Charlesworth Lodges.
Day 1
We found the lodge on Hoseasons and concentrated mainly around the Peak District National Park. We stayed in the Woodland Lodge which held two bedrooms sleeping 4 with its very own private hot tub. We paid £330 for the week.
We arrived at 4pm check in where we were greeted by one of the owners and shown around our little "house" for the week guiding us on all the particulars of the lodge and how to use the hot tub. Once they left I had to jump right in!
The lodge is surrounded by beautiful woodlands where you are 1 of 6 lodges situated off road near to the owners farm. It was a lovely surprise to see all the horses on their morning run the next day.
That evening we ordered a Chinese takeaway where we even got a surprise visit from the neighbours dog. Adam had to tempt her away with a piece of ham!
We ended our evening by researching the area for things to do (just in case it rains).
