Sunday Lunch

Today, I was joined by my old school friends to have Sunday lunch at Woodborough Hall.

The Hall is situated in Woodborough Village just 15 minutes away from Nottingham City Centre.

As we entered the hall we were greeted with a flow of wedding guests and no one to assist us to the dining area. We eventually gave up and made our way upstairs were we bumped into a random waiter who asked if we needed help. We were finally showed to our table and quickly brought bread, canapes and menus.

We choose from the Sunday Lunch menu set priced at £22.50 per person. We, however, had a friend's Tastecard so our meal was half price.

In my opinion, the food was good. The staff however were a little...disheveled. Maybe it was because they had a wedding on but they just seemed confused and flustered whenever you asked them something simple such as a drinks menu.

Not saying it was a major problem but it was just odd. We laughed it off, had a good catch up and managed to stay over 3 hours!
