Charlesworth Lodge (Day 3)

We made our way to Yorkshire Sculpture Park in West Yorkshire.

Day 3

The park is home to modern and contemporary art consisting of open-air displays and four galleries. The main exhibit is by sculptor Tony Cragg and is shown up until 3rd September 2017. The centre also holds a restaurant, a cafe and a gift shop.

Admission is free but you pay parking which is £10 for the entire day.

At this point, it started to hale (can you see it in the above picture on the left?) so we decided to cut our visit short and went to have cake and hot chocolate before heading back to lodge.

We know we missed most of the park and were gutted we missed most of it. We will be back....with much better weather.
